There are two sources of water, The Orland Unit Water district and a deep well. The pump is a 30 H.P. electric turbine and the distribution is by a micro-jet irrigation system. There is a 35' x 44' shop on the property and owned solar to reduce the power costs. The soil map is in supplements. Historical production has been approximately 2,000 pounds per acre.
