Laura is a dynamic, results-driven sales leader, real estate broker/sales person, and developer with more than 25 years of top-ranked performance across real estate, development, pharmaceutical, and specialty medical sales. Since 2013 in Springfield, Missouri, Laura has served as co-founder of Hancock Company. She is excited to join The Legacy Real Estate Co. team, bringing her experience in strategic planning, relationship management, marketing, and investment operations. After relocating to San Diego seven years ago, she continues to expand her professional reach in new markets. Her career has been built on consistently exceeding goals, expanding market share, and creating long-term value through trusted partnerships.

Laura’s professional journey began growing up as her Dad’s sidekick, where she learned firsthand how to run a business, manage investment properties, and develop a “can-do” mindset rooted in hard work and accountability. She later earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management with minors Biology/Chemistry from Missouri State University and spent nearly a decade in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. As a Senior Sales Representative and CNS Specialist, Laura ranked among the top performers nationally, earning multiple leadership awards, President’s Club recognition, and territory growth honors before returning to real estate and development.

In real estate, Laura plays a key role in identifying investment opportunities, negotiating acquisitions, and supporting commercial, residential, and development projects. Her experience spans multi-tenant office, multifamily assets, gated residential development, and high-value brokerage transactions. Known for her strategic insight and ability to connect people with opportunity, Laura brings clarity, professionalism, and thoughtful execution to every relationship.

What truly sets Laura apart is her belief that business is built on people. She thrives in collaborative environments that value integrity, leadership, and long-term growth. Whether working with clients, partners, or team members, her approach is grounded in trust, clear communication, and a commitment to delivering meaningful results.

Beyond her professional work, Laura is deeply committed to service and community. She volunteers with Healiʻi’s Polynesian Revue in San Diego as a kōkua on the sewing and costume team, supporting performances and cultural storytelling through traditional costume creation. She also serves as an Assistant Scoutmaster with Scouts BSA, mentoring youth and supporting leadership development.

Laura is also a homeschooling mother of three and takes pride in raising strong, service-minded leaders. She enjoys gardening, cooking, crafting, and spending time outdoors with her family. Whether in business or in life, Laura is guided by connection, service, and the belief that lasting success is created through collaboration, service, and heart.
