403.2 total acres of mostly Class 2 soil, level to grade, planted to 369.5 acres of producing French prunes (organic & conventional), producing Manzanillo olives and 29.5 acres of pre-production almonds which are currently leased. Irrigation water is delivered by (2) irrigation wells and 15Hp lift pump located at the water retention pond. Primary irrigation system is flood using underground mainlines and risers. Some of the olive blocks are irrigated using double drip line and the almond blocks are irrigated by micro sprinklers.
