There is also a large shop and the orchard is completely surrounded with a deer fence. The second orchard is on the north east corner of New York and Wisconsin. It is 15 acres gross planted around 2010 with the same spacing. The planting is 2 rows of Nonpareil and 1 row of Monterey and every 5th tree in the Monterey row is a Peerless.
